My goal is to make understanding Home Care cost as simple and transparent as possible.

Monday – Friday, 0700 – 1900hrs, some weekend working and BH cover. For Nights cover, please ask, as some sporadically available on request.

£15 for 30 minutes
£20 per hour after
Pricing for Bank Holidays and Weekends available on request and subject to availability.

Travel to Client - Free mileage up to 5 miles from GL52 6SW. Over 5 miles from GL52 6SW 60p per mile.
Travel with Client - 60p per mile for individual journey.
Travel on behalf of Client - 60p per mile from my starting location.
All travel expense documented and itemised on invoice.

Invoice every 2 weeks from starting date.

Invoice payment within a week of the invoice.
Payment methods - Bank transfer, Paypal, direct debit, cash or cheque.

Contact us via the website or via the phone to arrange and discuss specifc care needs for the client.

Yes, but we would need agreement from the client or power of attorney next of kins agreement.

Sure, with a weeks notice you can change appointment dates but these will be subject to availability.

You can cancel your appointment within 7 days of the date/time but we will need to charge you. Obviously this won’t include any mileage that had been agreed.

Yes, we wil be constantly assessing what we believe the client needs and advising options to meet these. We are happy to talk about any concerns or adaption of care whenever you need.

Clients will be given at least a months notice of any holiday or time off required.

We have a number of trusted care givers which we can endeavour to organise holiday cover with.

All your data will be kept secure and will never be shared with anyone, without your express permission. We will need you to complete a Data Protection form when you start our services.
